DHI Medical Group hereby issues this formal public notice regarding the unlawful conduct of Ms. Raquel De Castro Chaves Santiago, who is operating an aesthetic clinic, named as ‘Corporeum Medicina Estética Avançada e Emagrecimento’. She is operating Corporeum clinics from 2 locations

She was a licensee of DHI Medical Group and her license was terminated due to a number of instances of fraudulent misconduct  and gross violations of patient safety protocols.. She has committed frauds, not only on her franchisor- DHI Medical Group, but also her erstwhile partners and innocent patients by making false promises, overcharging, giving horrible results, compromising the safety of the patients, selling fake products and services.

Cheating and unlawful conduct of Ms. Raquel De Castro Chaves Santiago

• She has cheated DHI Medical Group for R$ 1.3 million.
• We have received complaint about fraud committed by her on patients by giving horrible results of a hair transplant procedure which was conducted by unqualified and untrained people.
• The result of her clinic’s hair transplant was so bad and un-natural that the patient is left to feel extremely ashamed and embarrassed for the rest of his life.
• She even sold fake and substandard hair loss products and medicine by fraudulently putting DHI brand name on them.
• She is performing hair transplants from this clinic with the help of unqualified people without any training, endangering the life of the patients.

Her actions have directly compromised the reputation of DHI, endangered patient safety, and violated the ethical standards expected of all licensed professionals operating under our brand. Any claims made by Miss Raquel suggesting continued association with DHI are false, misleading, and legally actionable.
